What payment options are available?
In order to provide the most customer-friendly shopping experience possible, we try to offer you all common payment methods. From purchase via invoice to payment with all common credit cards to modern payment methods such as PayPal, Amazon Pay and Google Pay.
How long does delivery take?
We try to be fast and therefore process orders within 24 hours on working days.
For deliveries within Germany we generally assume a delivery time of 1 to 2 days.
Do I have a right of return?
Of course, you have a 14-day right of return. If you have any questions or suggestions about our products, you can contact us at any time by email at mail@driver13.de .
What material are the Driver13 bags made of?
The outer shell of our bags is usually made of polyester to combine robustness with abrasion resistance and water-repellent properties, even when in constant contact with rough asphalt and in adverse weather conditions. We use nylon on the inside to protect your equipment as best as possible thanks to the soft, yet easy-care material properties.
Are the bags also suitable for professional use?
Sure. In motorsport, for example, our bags have been used for years by motorcycle racer Dominik Vincon .
How do I clean the bags?
The best way to clean them is to use a damp cloth and then dry them. Smaller bags can also be hand washed at 30°C in the washing machine.
Do you work with a particular stud farm when developing the equestrian bags?
Yes, we have stud farms in the area where we have very good contacts and which we always rely on.
Can the helmet bags also be used for skate and bike helmets?

Which boot sizes are the Driver13 riding boot bags suitable for?
All of our riding boot bags and backpacks can accommodate riding boots with a shaft height of up to 60 cm.
Up to what shaft height is the riding boot bag suitable?
Our ankle boot bag can accommodate ankle boots with a shaft height of up to 30 cm.
For higher boots, our riding boot bags and backpacks are the right choice.
Which kitesurfing single bag is suitable for which board size?
It's best to refer to the description of the respective product. As a general rule, we always say: The boards should always be at least 3 cm shorter than the length of the bag.
Are the large kitesurfing and surfing bags suitable for transport on an airplane?
Of course, they are not hand luggage ;) Some airlines charge an extra fee for them. But basically all bags are suitable for transport on the plane. So nothing stands in the way of your kitesurfing holiday in Hawaii :)
Which helmet bag is suitable for which helmet?
It's best to refer to the description of the respective product. In general, we would say: The classic helmet bag (AR-10018) and the "Go" helmet bag fit regular ski and snowboard helmets from all manufacturers. The large helmet bags are only necessary if you really use a full-face helmet (for example for speed skiing).
Up to what boot size do the children's boot bags fit?
The boot bags for children are usually suitable up to shoe size 35. For larger boots we recommend our boot bags and backpacks for adults .
What ski size do the children’s ski bags fit?
The children's ski bags are suitable for ski sizes up to 110 cm and for "Big Foots".
What boot size are the boot bags and backpacks suitable for?
Of course, this depends to some extent on the exact shape of the boot. In general, however, we always say that the boot bags fit all boots up to size 47.
For children's ski boots up to size 35, we recommend our children's boot bags, which are specially designed to meet the needs of children.
Which ski bag is suitable for which ski size?
We usually recommend that the maximum ski size should be 10 cm smaller than the bag size. You can find out which ski dimensions the respective ski bag is suitable for on the ski bag's product page.
Which snowboard bag is suitable for which board size?
We usually recommend that the maximum board size should be 5 cm smaller than the bag size. You can find out which board dimensions the respective ski bag is suitable for in the "Dimensions" field on the board bag product page.
Can you wash the hobbyhorsing bags?
With its wipeable base plate, the area of the backpack that is most frequently exposed to dirt is very easy to clean.
In addition, all LÓ Hobbyhorsing bags can also be washed in the washing machine at 30 °C using the hand wash program if necessary.
From what height is the Hobbyhorsing backpack recommended?
We generally recommend our LÓ Hobbyhorsing backpacks for people over 130 cm tall.
What is LÓ Hobbyhorse?
LÓ Hobbyhorse is a brand founded in 2023 that is dedicated to hobby horse riding with a lot of love and manual work.
Where does LÓ Hobbyhorse come from?
Like Driver13, LÓ comes from Straubenhardt on the edge of the Northern Black Forest.
Because they are also super nice people, it made sense to work together.
Where does the name LÓ come from
The name comes from Hungary and means horse
