How it all began

The development of a bag with maximum focus on functionality

It all started with our desire to design a ski boot bag that is absolutely suitable for outdoor use and fulfills everything we want in terms of functionality.

Our criteria were:
  • Uncompromising outdoor suitability
  • Design without frills
  • easy access to all compartments (especially when you are already wearing gloves outside or only have one hand free)
  • an overall concept that solves many challenges


This basic idea gave rise to the first Driver13 Boot Bag - the prototype of the classic black ski boot bag with an integrated helmet compartment. - And from there, things really took off. With the founding of our company in 2007, with continuous further development of our existing bags and with new bags for other purposes.

In our further developments, we always took into account the feedback from the people who used our bags and tested our prototypes. This resulted in the attention to detail that sets us apart today.

High-quality materials

The outer shell of our bags is made of high-quality 600D polyester. The inside of the bags is made of soft, quick-drying nylon to provide the best possible protection for your equipment. And as always, our focus is on high-quality zippers to achieve the best possible ease of use and maximum durability.

Smart details

Many small details add up to something big. Therefore, after the prototype design, all of our bags undergo a fundamental revision in which we consciously work on adding details to refine functionality and increase longevity.

Designed in Germany

Our passion is designing functional products - constantly tinkering with the optimal solution for a specific usage scenario. It is therefore a matter of course for us never to outsource this design process, but to do it where we come from. In Straubenhardt on the edge of the Northern Black Forest, in the middle of nature, where we ourselves use our products.

We protect your equipment - and our planet

sustainability

We do outdoor sports. Outside is our home.

Especially in water and winter sports, we experience first-hand how much human influences are changing our planet. That is why we have no alternative but to design products that conserve resources and are made from sustainably produced raw materials.

We are gradually redesigning our bags to use more and more sustainable materials.

An example of this: our riding boot backpacks made from recycled PET bottles - based on the Global Recycled Standard .

Uncompromising quality

The best contribution to sustainability is to develop products that last and bring joy to their owners for many years.

Furthermore, it is simply our own goal to make really good bags.

At the end of the day, we would rather design three more prototypes and test the umpteenth material sample before settling for something that we are not 100% convinced of.

Satisfied costumers

The moment we started making bags not just for ourselves but for others, our benchmark was to make other people happy with our bags. Receiving this praise from others is an essential part of our own motivation.

To make this transparent, we use Trusted Shops. This gives every user of our bags the opportunity to give us honest feedback and ultimately make our products better.

The green dot

Right from the start, we have tried to be as resource-efficient as possible when it comes to packaging. It was and is a matter of course for us to recycle cardboard boxes and give impeccable packaging a second life.

It's only logical that we are now allowed to carry the"Green Dot" label. As a visible sign that we are living up to our responsibility when it comes to packaging.
